They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but I have to confess I have always been TERRIBLE at eating a healthy, balanced breakfast. If it’s hot and I can add some red or brown condiment to it I’m fine, otherwise I struggle.
So, on this Monday morning I’m committing myself to improving my daily pre work meal. Let me know any of your favourite recipes, preferably ones I can add some of my hot sauce to! And before you ask, no unfortunately Lockdown Sauce doesn’t go particularly well with Cornflakes!
