When does a collection become a hoard, or is hoarding simply an out of control collection? Possibly just an inability to stop?
Beats me but it seems my ‘collection’ of condiments in the fridge and in the cupboards may have crossed that fine line into the out of control.
Time for a spring clean! The lime pickle is definitely staying but the mango chutney can go. Mustards are keepers, as obviously are hot sauces. Ketchups, BBQ sauces and various Soy Sauces are also hard to part with. Worcestershire sauce, HP, both staying. Fish sauce, very useful. Teriyaki - essential.
This is tough, and on second thoughts maybe that mango chutney should stay, you never know, we might have friends over sometime and order a curry!
